7.      Discussion and Possible Action to Approve the Request from Cottonwood Properties Acquisition for the Arrowleaf Estates South Tentative Map Extension.

8.      Discussion and Possible Action to Approve the Request from Shores Development Company for the Cherry Blossom Tentative Map Extension.

9.      Discussion and Possible Action on Resolution 2008-04 Transfer the City’s 2008 Private Activity Bond Cap to the Nevada Rural Housing Authority.

10.  Discussion and Possible Action on Emergency Management Services Agreement between City of Yerington and Lyon County.
