The Mayor, City Council and staff are proactive in applying for grants of all types.  We feel this is excellent way to bring a portion of our citizen's tax dollar back to our community instead of it going somewhere else.  We have are proud of our accomplishments and plan to aggressively pursue more grant projects in the future.
