Effective February 1, 2000: The monthly base rate will be $13.25 for the first 4,000 gallons, $0.75 per 1,000 gallons over 4,000 and a $0.75 meter replacement fee. Effective February 1, 2001: The monthly base rate will be $16.00 for the first 4,000 gallons, $1.00 per 1,000 gallons over 4,000 and a $1.00 meter replacement fee. Effective February 1, 2002: The monthly base rate will be $18.50 for the first 4,000 gallons, $1.00 per 1,000 gallons over 4,000 and a $1.00 meter replacement fee.
