The Residential Plan Review Process |

| Six steps to obtaining a residential building permit | |
| 1. | Simply complete the required application forms and submit two (2) sets of plans to the City building department. |
| Approximately 3 to 5 days later........... | |
| 2. | The plan review is complete. The building department will give you a call, and upon payment of your plan review fees, you will receive your building permit. |
| Please don't forget, your taxes must be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. | |
