Grant Application Forms

Room Tax meetings to review grant applications are held twice a year on the first Friday in June and the First Friday in December.  All Room Tax Board recommendations will go before the next available City Council Meeting for final approval.

Funding from the June meeting is for the July through December period. Funding from the December meeting is for the January through June period.

Grant Reimbursement Requests for the January through June period are due back to City Hall no later than July 31st.

Grant Reimbursement Requests for the July through December period are due back no later than January 31st.

 

Grant applications can be obtained from City Hall or by clicking on the link below.

Applications are due back to City Hall on the second Friday of May (for the June meeting) and the second Friday of November (for the December meeting).
